Didi is extremely passionate about the Mindbody Connection. To explore this deep connection, she is currently studying the Alexander Technique and regularly engages in movements and meditations that bring this connection to light. These include yoga, juggling, unicycling, and slacklining. She is also interested in Eastern practices of Chigong, Sheng Zhen, and Tai Chi. These mindbody practices have given Didi a deeper sense of herself, her acting work, and her connection to nature and the universe.
